I recently signed up for Tracfone’s prepaid Total Wireless service on 3 November 2017 and was given 25GB of data for 30 days. I renewed for another 30 days and was not given credit for the 25GB of service until 19 Dec 2017 when I was out of data and I contacted customer service.
Renewed on 1 Jan 2018 for another 30 days and data was never reset. The balance was 18GB on 31 Dec 2017 and 1 Jan 2018 I renewed was still 18GB of data.
I have contacted customer service and the Corporate office and still cannot get this resolve. There are a lot of online information on how terrible Total Wireless customer service.
