Total wireless is the most unhelpful and joke of a company. Transferred 3 lines and total wireless lost all 3 and said sorry but its ok. And the great news i went 4 days without service because they mixed matched my sim cards. Do not go with this company you will regret if you dont have a heart attack 1st

Purchasephone and unlimited monthly plan from total wireless one week later phone would not come on. I called they tried saying liquid was poured on it and i began to argue ih my defense. Guess with this company customers always lie. Now i have no phone no refund for min not used no way to call doctors etc on ssi disability
