This company has the worse service. Evertime i refill my service i have to call customer support to get my data working. Data is always very slow no matter where i am or how many bars i have. The last straw was when they would not change my number to the one that i wanted although its not being used. Im done with total wireless and straight talk. Ill pay the extra $10 a month for verizon.

Total wireless is the most unhelpful and joke of a company. Transferred 3 lines and total wireless lost all 3 and said sorry but its ok. And the great news i went 4 days without service because they mixed matched my sim cards. Do not go with this company you will regret if you dont have a heart attack 1st
