I have been with Total wireless two months now and couldn't be happier! I bought the $35 dollars pre-paid with 5gb of data. I never have a problem with service or data! (I use around 3gb a month.) I even went to the mountains and had service there. I brought my own phone and had a problem switching it from my old service because I forgot my password but was quickly assisted over the phone by total wireless. I have had Total Wireless for over a year and have never had a problem. Both phones are on auto refill and we have never been without service. Saving tons of money compared to old bill (Verizon) and have same service. Even if we did encounter a few hiccups I don't think I would be too upset due to price of service. I have had Total Wireless for a year now... I have 4 different phones on this plan. This morning, all 4 phones were saying "address invalid" and "no data service" whenever we tried to send text messages. I contacted Total Wireless, and entertained their "troubleshooting" scheme for over an hour. Reboot the phones... all 4 of them. Reprogram all 4 phones. Recheck WIFI and then MOBILE DATA. Reboot the phones... all 4 of them. Still no improvement....
