We decided that we would look into going with total wireless so I called customer support to verify that my ZTE Lever was serviceable. Costumer support stated that it was serviceable after giving them my IMEI off of the phone, we also checked my wife and sons phones to see if they were serviceable. It was during the new activation attempts that I was told that all Straight Talk Wireless (Verizon) phones are not compatible with the current Total Wireless System. If they had been honest during my initial inquiries, I wouldn't have spent $22 on SIM Card Kits and $60 on the Service Plan Card. I am contacting the FCC and will patiently wait for a Class Action Lawsuit with my attorney says is inevitable. For me, it's not the money I've spent...
