Checking my bank account one day and I notice a double charge to my debit card by total wireless. I talked with twi people who both said I only had one charge and blamed the bank.

Went to the bank to check it out and service showed that TW did indeed charge twice. Called TW back and talked with the rudest lady ever. When I told her about the double charge proved by the bank she just argued with me and said the same thing over and over, which pissed me off to no end. After calming down I called back and talked to a supervisor who then told me a second account had my debit card number.

She refused to give me any other info. and refused to refund the unauthorized charge.

So now I have to dispute the second charge they made and hope I can get my money back. I'm never doing auto pay again through these thieves.

Had the same thing happen to me with the double charge thing. Their online credit card transaction is not good.

Its always sketchy when it comes to adding new credit cards or like for example if your credit card expires and you add a new one? It always keeps the old one on there even though you deleted it.

And then, when you finally get the credit card added, often at times it will decline, then reverse charge, then when you try to pay again it gets charged twice. Its all sketchy and they always try to blame you or say to try again in two hours.
