You will never experience worse customer service in your life.Not ever!
They have no clue what's going on. I bought TWO service plan cards and for reasons unknown, they can't activate either of them. I've been put on hold, transferred, and simply hung up on more times than I can count. Broken English and a complete lack of knowledge or explanation is all you will get with this company.
I'm out $70 and all they can say is "I'm sorry." That's all you get. The service plans are non-refundable, of course, so I have no service and empty pockets. I will never for a second consider Total Wireless again in my life.
Unbelievable incompetence.Please do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
