I had the $35 on a phone for about a week and decided wanted it to transfer to a hot spot mobile device so that I can create a 2 line service for two phones. I explained to the rep what I wanted to do was basically transfer the hot spot mobile to the existing $35.00 plan that I had already purchase and open another plan for the $60.00 for the existing.

So while she was very hard to understand and I figure she understood what I wanted. Instead she deleted my existing plan and tried creating a $60.00 plan just for the two phones and end up losing the remaining that I had left on the $35 plan. I ask if she could fix it and she says she couldn't. I was pissed and hang up on her.

I e-mailed support to explain the issues and never got a reply. I lost a total of $95.00 and a useless phone.
