It took 4 reps and 3 days to activate my service. Then after all of that the data didn't even work.

A week later I get time to spend the prepared hour on the phone dealing with this problem again (now 1/6 of the way through my service time) and the "supervisor" is SOO rude to me as if this is somehow my fault or I am totally inconveniencing them by calling for help. This is their JOB, what a shame so many people need jobs and these rude ungrateful people who don't want to help, don't know how to do their jobs, are getting hired. Took two tries to get the data to work and when I asked if she was doing something to make the reboots work on her end, since they weren't working for my on my own, she began to get very overbearing repeating herself over and over "turn the device off, then turn it back on." talking over me like I was a toddler not listening. I was attempting to explain to her that I did and was still following her instructions, I was just asking a question since she wasn't explaining anything or helping me understand what went wrong.

Then tried to hang up on me and I stopped her trying to ask if there was a way I could be reimbursed for the week of no data service, she simply says "no, I fixed the problem, it does work." I tried recording how rude she was because it was almost unbelievable but my phone won't record during conversation.

I even tried to call back when she refused to give me her name to file a complaint and conveniently for her, no one could provide me with her name or ID#. Overall: Good phone prices, good plan prices, WORST customer service, and it may take a long time to get the service started or working, also lots of problems with data shutting off and apps not working well.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $35.

Preferred solution: My service date extended by the 5 days that I was without full service purchased. .

Total Wireless Pros: Price of the phone and service plan.

Total Wireless Cons: Time and trouble activating service, Customer service representatives knowledge, Being treated as an inconvenience.
