Tried activating a phone and I was told they didn’t have enough training! Spent 4 hours on the phone and got nowhere

Ordered new iPhone 14 with the digital sim that total sells on their website but apparently cant activate because customer service hasnt been trained to do that! I ended up sending my new phone back and well switch to a carrier who can actually activate it. Super frustrating

I was trying to resolve an issue, the customer care person has an accent that was beautiful but I couldnt understand her question. She got irate with me, kept saying she doesnt speak English.

Wouldnt let me talk. She then did not talk, the call went completely quiet.

I could not give a review as I had hung up when the line was quiet. I tried calling back twice to Speak to a supervisor and I was hung up on twice as they said they were transferring me.

Unable to transfer phone # to another company

I have spent hours on the phone trying to transfer my phone # to another carrier. Total Wireless says I do not have the correct zip code for my address.

I have lived here 30 years and always had the same zip code. I think I know my zip code. The zip code is INCORRECT in YOUR SYSTEM.

Correct this and allow me to transfer my phone #.

I spent so much time on this.

Some foreigner tried to transfer me and cut me off. Your company is horrible and probably has Stay away from Total Wireless and its affiliates.illegal tactics.

Will not Reconnect Phone

I have spoken to 20 different so call representatives since 10 am to 12 pm at night. Total is the Worst !

I have paid for a plan and they continue to say error! I have a 12 pro max that I would like to work .. I had a woman hung up on me and a man name Mulani who was also rude ! Beware of this company.

I am still without my phone and it has been two days . CEO needs to step up this is unacceptable and I will continue to let everyone know that this company is horrible!

worst company ever. They all lie to you.

They just changed my phone number and told me the refill pin has been used. I spend six hours yesterday with a supervisor and she assured me that she acquired my number but instead when I called my friend this morning she told me that my number changed.

so the supervisor changed my number without notifying me. Fuckijng Horrible they should band that company in the US

Terrible service and customer service

I have had total wireless for almost a year.. IT DOESNT MATTER WHAT PHONE I BUY!!

Their service is trash I have to be connected to wifi to do ANYTHING WITH THEM.. I buy the plan and two Days to a week later I HAVE to buy a data card..like where is my data going if I'm connected to wifi?? Customer service.. HA THAT IS A JOKE..

Ask to speak to a supervisor and the all say they can't do that... well why not?tr

I provided my Doctor, my wife and my sister in law phone numbers and they could not valid the numbers. Agent told me that I cannot refund the money that I bought the data card with.

I don't know anymore if Total Wireless is a good trusted cellular carrier?

They change my phone number without notifying me

It has been three days that I have been in a battle with this total wire customer agent. They all are so vindictive, They are blatant.

I called to reinstate my phone line. I stayed over four hours on the phone yesterday with a supervisor who ensured me that I will be getting the number that I have had for over two years. Instead, she changed my number without notifying me and my number never worked I have called several times today, but it's to no avail. They keep telling me that I am not able to verify my account.

For the not purchase serve with total wireless, not purchase service with total wireless.

$35 pin top-up that I purchased to refill, they keep saying that the pin has been used when just scratched it off to provide the number to them. This company is fraudulent, the government needs to stop them from operating and there is no customer service in America,

Unsatisfied with customer support!

I bought a phone online. Paid with paypal.

TW was paid.. when I called to find tracking info... there was NO record of a purchase on their end...at ALL.

When I contacted them via chat... twice requesting a transcript of my phone call I got a TOTAL run around.

NO one could say WHO I could contact for this info. Pay pal canceled the order and I had to dispute it. Paypal also contacted TW directly to confirm that they didnt show a phone order on my acct. This shouldnt be so hard.

If TW was paid... why did nothing show up?

And why is it impossible to get a direct contact to get ahold of a phone transcript. "All calls are recorded"

Hotspot not working

waited for 15minutes got a rep, they bumped me to another rep, waited another 15 minutes for other rep, he answered and stated that he could not hear me and immediately hung up. Waited 30 minutes to be hung up on.

Not a good experience. Will try again when I have a spare 30 minutes.

Total Wireless - Horrible customer service and they steal your money!

Horrible service! First they lose my order, yet they make sure they have taken my money.

So I told them to give me my money back and their excuse was they have no record of that order on file! So I had to dispute the charge the first time and I got my money back. Low and behold they suddenly, 3 weeks later ship the phone from the non existent order to me, when I called repeatedly to cancel it, and again charge my account. So I called and told them I did not want the phone and to give me my money back, and of course there is nothing these idiots can do.

So I again dispute the charge, and it gets taken off my account. But they again charged my account a few days later and get their money. I received the phone and then sent it back, and guess what...I have not received my refund. And since I no longer have service with them, I cannot contact them and get a refund!

They basically have stolen from me. And I am not the only one who has had this happen. I am as of today letting the bank handle getting the money back, and ill no longer do business with Total Wireless or Tracfone ever again. I suggest you run from this company.

Ever since they switched their customer service out of the country they have been nothing but trouble! Believe me, my bank will get after them, and they will give me my full refund.
