Tell my mom that I missed calls from him I missed messages from them my internet will come in and out now they won't unlock my phone where I can put a new service on it
Nothing that's what happened didn't do nothingI can understand it was my fault on my behalf but it was not was on their behalf it was their service so I went and got a Verizon sim card to put in my phone $40 and total wireless says I cannot put another sim card in my phone that I paid for they want me to paying a hundred dollars when my phone only cost $30 my service is only 40 tell me something is wrong with that if it's not then I apologize

I tried to change my area code but then my phone went silent and nothing else has happened, can't make phone calls or text.
Preferred solution: My phone to make calls and texts again.
Disconnect service
Want to disconnect service and was billed early and now have an overdraft fee I no longer want the service and would like a refund for this month Cheryl pitre 315-992-****

Unable to create account for my IPhone se I ordered from you few weeks ago
I ordered an iPhone off total website,with smartpay lease,activated the service over the phone around 7/2:21 had not created an account,tried last night,was unable,need assistance

Bad service
For a while eveything was fine. Our autopay was working.
Then it kept getting shut off on the day our payment was due. And the phones would get shut off. We would cal and they told us the bank rejected the payment. I told Total Wireless it was on their end.
They claimed they fixed it. Now it deactivates my husbands phone.on't Don't get themD

Been a Straight talk (5 years) and Total Wireless (6 years) customer that has enjoyed using their service. Being tech-savvy helps to resolve any issues with your phone better than being dependent on their customer service.
You are paying for phone and text service at a great price. You don't have walk in Total Wireless service stores that fix everything for free. Total Wireless is great at reminding to refill your service before it ends. Don't assume like I did that after your phone is out of time that you keep your number longer than 3 days They took my number I had for 11 years and gave it to someone else 3 days later and deactivated my phone and account.
No notice at all. I am shocked a major company this big couldn't send a message to the phone and say your account and number will be deactivated for good in 1 day. I guess 11 years of loyalty means nothing. Thank you Total Wireless for creating a new non-profit job for me and all my clients to change all my business cards, websites, email and contact 484 people that I no longer have the same number.
That should keep me busy for the rest of 2021.
Updated 6-4-2021 Have spoken to Total Wireless and they say that they can reassign a number the day after your phone is out of time. I will not be getting my number back since it has been reassigned.

Customer service is DEFINITELY overpaid
When I opened an account with Total Wireless I authorized automatic deductions for my monthly payment. Right off the bat they started threatening to cancel my account saying my bank refused payment due to insufficient funds.
My bank said they never heard from TW. After the second time I started buying prepaid cards instead and submitted them for payment on the TW website. Almost every month they would cancel my password and I would have to go through the process of reapplying. NOW, they have cancelled all access
to my account info and will only allow me to pay for my service(?) without telling me my status.
I am now looking for a new company with some integrity and will have to take a loss on my balance. All of this unnecessary drama for a phone that only gets used maybe 5-6 times a month.

Yeah so I got my phone finally hooked up we've been in we've been with you guys for years now and I go through phones left and right because of my trade *** poor customer service if you ask me at any time now I'm about ready to change change my total wireless to something else you guys message me all the time and tell me that I can I call that I can get a free month and when I asked about it I'm way far away from even thinking about getting a free month don't shuck and drive me about your promotional crap because I'm not interested if I if I qualify and if I can receive my free month and give it to me and don't tell me that I can't I'm not happy with your service at all
User's recommendation: Find people that can speak clearly and then you ain't got so much background noise cuz I can barely hear anything that it was happening and frustrated me even more I'm running a business and I need my phone up and running at all times that's why I wanted you guys and now I just turn the crap and anytime here I'm soon as I find a better deal then I'm going for it
I've been approved for emergency broadband support
Didn't help me at all they just giving me the run around and I really need that discount very disappointing service.
Data completely unusable
Philadelphia nvmo uses verizon towers. Data is completely throttled to about 10 kbits/sec. Called customer service but they have no idea how to resolve the issue.
One of the customer service lady was rude
She wouldn't listen to anything I was trying to say to her. Then i had to ask for a manager 3 times before she would transfer me.
The other people i talked to before was very nice. Sorry I'm not good at remembering names.
Can’t make calls or text
Tried to call won't let me said server not detected or whatever some *** I bought this phone yesterday but with unlimited talking Texas stuff like that and now they let me do nothing I'm about to switch carriers and I'll give you guys a bad damn reviews ***
