I would like a refund this is ridiculous I didn't sign a contract

I'm very disappointed with total wireless I have a prepaid account and I am being told I have to wait one year for my government minutes to be placed on the phone and I do not have a paper contract with total wireless I think it's very unfair total wireless sucks
User's recommendation: Total wireless sucks.
Monetary Loss: $75.
Preferred solution: I would like total wireless to unlock the phone so I can use my government truconnect minutes issued to me .
Total Wireless Pros: Low cost.
Total Wireless Cons: Cheater.
