I have the 100gb plan because my daughter does not have WiFi where she lives (long story). We were always running out of data and someone recommended Total Wireless.

I can honestly say they DO NOT calculate data correctly. This month it showed almost 50gb used in 3 days. No way that is possible. I called CS and the agent looked at the usage for each phone on the plan and confirmed we had not used 50gb but there was nothing they could do until my data ran out.

Data ran out yesterday so I called back. Now they are telling me that they cant do an audit on each phones data. All they see is the summary which shows all data is used. Then Im told I need to be transferred and once I am in queue it gives me option to stay on line or get a call back and no matter which I choose I get disconnected EVERY TIME (at least 8 times to date this has happened).

They already had to refill my data last billing period because it did not calculate correctly and now they cant check each phone? They are LIARS. I filed a complaint last night and someone is supposed to call me back today. Its 5:30 and no call yet.

Please note this is only my 3rd month with them. 2 of them already proved they did not calculate the data correctly.

Its ridiculous I pay their set price for 100gb of data and I do not get that. I bought a phone from them so I dont think I can unlock it for 6 mos otherwise I would switch companies right now!!
