Total Wireless has double charged me on one of my accounts for the last three months. I spent over three hours of time on the phone and chat to get those charges refunded. Customer service told me I was wrong, hung up on me, refused to escalate to appropriate staff, left me on hold for excessive amounts of time, addressed me in a manner repeatedly that I asked them not to, provided me with an invalid pin number, and then refused to compensate me for anything more than they owed me.

this is the 4th month of service with them and the second time they charged me twice for the same account. RIDICULOUS.


Total Wireless over charged me..3 times..called to have my service plan renewed for the month.1 month..gave them my debit card number. Next thing I knew my bank acct was charged 3 times!!!

Wtf??? I'm Pissed!!!
