I had total wireless for a year. I used my old verizion phone when i swichted.
I did not get as good service as i did with verizon. I brought a unloked phone and a new sim card and my data stopped working i called total 3 times to get it fixed with no luck. I switched back to verizion. I had automatic payment on my total acount.
I went online and canceled my automatic payment before my service renew date. And i sitched to verizion on the service end date which automaticly canceled my service with total wireless.
But two days later, total wireless charged my debit card. I called 3 times to get a refund and they refused.
