My SIM card suddenly stopped working. I resorted to seeking help on my laptop.
I spoke with a supervisor explaining how my SIM card stopped working and I needed my phone because I was scheduled for a surgery and needed the phone to contact my family. The supervisor refused to send me a SIM card overnight even though they were made aware of my unique scenario. The supervisor (Claire) then shut my phone line down as a warning to me. I had to go buy a new phone from a new company.
I was also reassured that I would receive a refund of my unused airtime.
I called the refund department and they refused to give me any type of refund.
The customer service is awful. Avoid this company!!
Reason of review: Return, Exchange or Cancellation Policy.
Monetary Loss: $35.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
Total Wireless Cons: Customer service.
