Exchange, Refund and Cancellation Policy

before I decided to go with Totalwireless I checked if my phone would be working, also if the area I am living in would be covered.To make sure I called the Company and asked the same questions.

Then I ordered the sim card and minutes from their website. When I received the items I called in order to activate my service. They couldn't do it, after several calls it still didn't work, so I asked for a refund, they connected me to the corresponding department and said in order to get the refund I would have to return the sim card and minute card, which I did the next day. After a week I called and they said they couldn't find the return because I had no tracking number.

A few days later I called again, they still couldn't find it.

Over 2 weeks have passed since and there is no refund.I think this is taking advantage of customers, I wouldn't recommend them to anybody
