Total Wireless does not itemize your data useage for separately purchased plans. It's like if the cashier gives you a receipt with the total dollar amount and nothing else.
You have no proof of purchase for anything in the shopping cart. So, as you're exiting the store with said newly purchased items and are asked by their door greeter to view the sales receipt in order to verify this lawfully aquired bounty, a fundamental problem emerges. Without an itemized list of this transaction, the validity of your purchase will not be authorized any time soon. I mention "time soon", because time is the real wasted commodity here.
I brought this up to customer service and found their replies to be as predictable as they were helpless.
All the while, something was happening on both ends of our conversations that was wastefully obvious to me and wistfully oblivious to them. We were spending too much time acknowledging an avoidable problem.
