Been with TW for six plus months and every months. I've autofill or have purchased service refill cards from Walmart and have all way had issues with having to call in to customer support to reset data.
Have other phones that i've kept on other prepaid plans that would of otherwise been consolidated to TW. This is an annoying issues that takes 10-30 minutes to solve by calling custoemer service.
CS very helpful, coverage is equal to Verizon, Data works great most of the time. TW please figure out what the problem is and you would have the best budget service
This person wrote the review because of "data not working" at Total Wireless. Reviewer claimed that he or she lost $20 and wants Total Wireless to have the product delivered.
The most disappointing in user's experience was data not working. Author liked the most data amount and cheapest plans. The author asks this business to immediately contact him/ her to briefly discuss his/ her negative experience with the company.
