I ordered a new phone galaxy 20 and spent over 45 mins the first time with a man from corporate he said they would call back in 2 hours gave all the information they ask for when the call came in 2 hours later it was a lady who had horrible English on the phone again for 45 mins she ask the same questions as the guy before so she decides I need a new SIM card it took another 15 to 20 mins to get her to understand my mailing address very disappointed in customer service and still my new phone does not work
