You guys took my 300$ for a new phone and I never received an email or the phone itself. Can someone actually help me with this???

Sucks
Called to set up new phone on existing account- replacing my 86 year old mothers iPhone with a new one. Tried to activate calling customer service they submitted requests for new telephone numbers.
They cancelled our old telephone numbers - did not want. More than five hrs to resolve. Three calls to offshore associates who kept sending me to higher technical who then promptly disconnected me. Two online attempts.
Thank goodness we still have land line. Finally resolved but hey Total wireless sucks!!
Avoid. I, on auto pay and dont deserve this *** treatment

My numbers is still not working and I have time left on my service and I haven't been able to use it for the whole month

Switch my account to another phone I own.
Straight to the point it's the same thing over and over whatever country either customer service is operating from they can't comprehend regular English or southern English I can't you know it's over and over and over they go by their little script on the car they're not listening to a darn thing you're saying when you tell him what the issue is they flip to that page and they over and over and over never any satisfaction I've been with total wireless for over a year now and just find out they didn't switch me to a total Verizon they left me on T-Mobile why I hate T-Mobile I have no service here none I'm having to use a text now app out of my place to even be able to call me the places that I am at very little service if any I mean what the heck give me show me service why don't you make make service real that they'll do that though

I lost an average of 750$ a day because my phone service was disrupted for 4 days. You do math. That's 3000$ in four days.
User's recommendation: If you don't make it right my company of 36 lines will be going to a different carrier.
Broken phone didn't get new phone number before breakage
Can't find changed phone number can't and won't replace broken phone when it broke after number change and lost phone contact s and won't replace them

Ordered a new upgrade phone and......
I ordered a new upgrade phone from Total by Verizon's website. They charged my card and never sent the phone and refused to refund me.
Had to put it as fraud on my card and dispute the charge. So I decided to call the order in. Again charged my card (used a different one) and this time atleast I got an order number. Was supposed to be getting the phone in 2 days.
That was 2 days ago. Had to put in a "request to the warehouse" and need to call back tomorrow. What in the heck is Total wireless doing? They had just so-so service before and now it is absolutely horrible!
The service itself is good but the customer service is unreal and absolutely horrific! I brought 3 people over to their service and they NEVER gave me the points either. They had my account all jacked up. The "Corporate Managers" are as bad at helping you as the rest of the customer DISSERVICE Department.
If customer service is what you are looking for then I would try to steal you away from Total by Verizon. But again the service itself has been pretty solid.

I spoke with 6 different reps today and still didn't get the service I needed. The reps were hard to understand, they were telling me to do the same thing over and over, couldn't talk to the same person so each I called back I had to repeat over and over again as to what I needed.
The last call I made I agreed to deactivate my phone. The reps I spoke with disconnected me immediately with no further questions for me to ask. This is the most miserable 5 hours of my day. I want the number I had with you transferred to my new phone.
I would like some feedback from you. Do not go with total wireless, the reps don't know what they're doing.

I was actually TRYING to sign up with them and they made it so difficult to do so. Their website says my phone was not compatible.
Yet they sell those exact same phones through their company! The customer service reps then stated that my phone WAS compatible, but i needed to call them from another number so they could cancel my service. Yet, I don't even know if their activation sim will work yet.
It was WAY too much of a hassle. They don't want customers.

They will not release me from my monthly contract
I switched carriers and Total by Verison will not let me cancel my plan with them. Several hours on the phone talking to people whose English is very, very poor just gave me the run-around.
All calls ended very bad. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau today.

I am trying to activate my own phone that I have. I bought a Total Wireless phone card and it will not activate my phones because I don't have a total wireless SIM card.
I already have a sim card in both phones that have been cleared by previous provider and want to use those but website is saying it has to be a total wireless sim. Is there a way I can still activate my phones with the sim cards I have.
Right now I am without service of any kind. Spectrum shut phones off because we were 2 days late.

Preferred solution: For them to let you use your own SIM card
User's recommendation: Make sure you buy a SIM card from them before you go to activate your phone or you won't be able to activate it. You cannot use your own SIM card. They told me you have to buy one of our cards to activate the phone. I even had the last carrier clear the card from their company. They wouldn't even go for that. So make sure you buy a Total Wireless SIM card when you buy a plan.

All day trying to get my telephone number changed to 402-379-****.it was a transfer number from Allo. the first person went to transfer me to another area and i got cut off.After talking to multiple people they couldn't even find my account, its like i never had one.
Now i haven't had any service, this is the fourth day.
My allo account was done also same day. Friday, 8/26/2022.

You cancelled my service despite You took money from my debit cart for october
my two phones are out of service. The money $63 was taken like every month from my debit card 10/3. WHY MY PHONES ARE NOT WORKING?
I already talk to two ladies for about 1 hour and one told me my phones will be activated , MY PHONES ARE NOT WORKING!
