To change my billing information
Anytime I attempt to contact you people I have to go through the fifth degree its very hard to communicate with you I have tried more than once to change my billing card I have also attempted to change my billing address I have also asked what I need to do to have a tablet where I could have my Internet through you folks and I have yet to receive an answer total wireless is just as sorry as Seth Wadley Ford is in Oklahoma
Minutes on phone paid for but not useable
Service is not good I paid for minutes and can't use them at all. I used my credit card and nothing. I can't even talk to customer service .this right here is bull
My phone was stolen
My phone and sim card is being used and it's been stolen for over a month and I need a refund on the money u took out of my bank when it was supposed 2 be stopped last month
Preferred solution: Either a new sim card and month service because u already took my money out or full refund
I can't rember my voice mail password
Refund me $50 I lost money due to no voicemail

Good question my account number is the question of the day. I've been trying to obtain my account number from Total wireless for a few weeks now with no luck.
This is honestly one of the most irritating things I've ever gone through. How hard is it to give a customer their damn account number really though?
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution

Customer service
I bought a new phone in December it wouldn't activate. After 3 weeks they agreed to send me a new phone.
I sent them my old phone. They received it January 22nd. After about 10 days I still had not received a new phone. I called got the run around.
Over the next 5mos and probably 40 phone calls and talking to 100 people they finally agreed to send me a new phone around the end of June. When I got the new phone I hesitated to call i went through talking to the company. I finally called them to get the phone activated. First they told me i couldn't use it because it was a track phone.
After arguing with 2 customer service agents they finally agreed to switch it to total wireless. But then they told me I had to buy a service card to get the phone activated. I told them no, because they had continued to take the money out of my account for the phone payment. My daughters and my son are on the same package.
So approximately $108 was taken out of my account on the 27th of the month. They verifird that yes the money wss being paid. I had been told that I would actually get a couple of months of free service for my trouble. The lady kept telling me I had to buy a card to get the phone activated.
I don't have the money to buy a card and I shouldn't have to. After continuing to debate over payment i was eventually hung up on after talking to 3 people and 3hrs on the phone. Also even though I had paid the bill they deactivated my phone number in March. I wasn't told this until I tried to activate the new phone.
So they are arguing I'm only paying for 3 lines a month. 3 lines are $85 plus tax. 4 lines are $100 plus tax. They've never chsnged the amount theyre chargong me.
So in conclusion I still don't have the phone activated and I'm using a free government phone with 1000 minutes a month.

When purchasing new phones that will be compatible with Total Wireless one must also purchase a new phone plan, even if there is already a current plan in place. I am having trouble with Total Wireless honoring and applying to my phone service those two pre-purchased plans. I get the run around when I email and call, they can't seem to find the plans that I purchased, despite fact that I include the emails that verify my purchases!!!

Phone quit working, for 7 days as of today the staff has repeatedly lied about problems ,re booted my phone, wiped my phone out, changed my phone number ,refuses to take care of my problem, will not return my calls after the say I'm being put on a call back list , and when I ask them a question they refuse to give me a straight answer

My service plan is not up, yet I don't have text.
Today I noticed that my text messages were not being delivered. I have unlimited text which is paid until 10-24-21 and I have no text at all.
Change phones
I'm sorry there was a misunderstanding I am not pissed off at anybody except myself I called because I lost my phone and then wanted to change to an old phone that I have but I could not get that to work once I made the phone call so I really have not even taking care of what I need to do yet but whoever I had talked to was very helpful no problem whatsoever sorry I hit the wrong button evidently thank you for your time

Service sucks agent hangs up
Renewed my service and can't hear the other person on the line. This has been going on for almost a week.
When I call in for help, they put me on hold to check my phone and hang up on me over and over again! Or, they say they will call me on my other phone and never do. I have lost over a month in service overall. What am I paying for?
I guarantee next month I'll be with a new provider!
This is ridiculous!! I've been with your company for many years and this is no way to treat a customer!

I've been approved for emergency broadband support
I'm pissed about how y'all keep changing my due date I'm not getting 30 day service I don't care if I do pay early some time.

Disgusted with blatant thievery
They say they put your unused data in reserve for you to use later but somehow it just disappears. Even in town with a full signal it wouldnt load a page.
I decided to go to US Cellular and when I did they said the phone is locked and to call total wireless which I did 6 times and every person I spoke to had an accent so thick you couldnt even understand what they were saying but I did hear a rooster crowing not to far from their phone!
Anyhow they told me too bad if I want my phone unlocked I had to pay $125. Holding my phone hostage

Complaint
For months, trying to have Total Wireless provide me with a copy of my cell phone calls.
I am in the process of legal action against robocaller, I need information to prove my claim. Furthermore, I've called 4-5x, sent the required letter.
Again call, Claim they never received notice.
Frustrating and all B.S.
Company sucks, careless about customers issues or problems. Make NO effort to help, run around with prerecorded useless information to "solve" issues.
