I noticed a charge for Total wireless service on my visa card. Since I don't use a pay as you go service I called to stop the transaction and they told me the only way I could get a "refund" was to give them the phone number - how can I give them a phone number if I don't have a phone with them!

I explained this to them and they said since I had it on auto renew I would have to either give them the phone number or the serial number from the phone to stop the auto pay. Ok so again I do not have a Total Wireless phone!!!

I had to cancel my credit card and have my bank stop the payment. If they can tell me I'm on autopay and charge my card you think they could figure out a way to look up the transaction.

Must be nice to take 42.30 from people who don't even have your service total wireless thefts I also had this problem with them charging me with a service I never now it's reported with the fraud department of my bank for investigation had to cancel my bank card and get a new one so thank total wireless
