Total Wireless - Can't get ahold of a human being!
I understand about COVID but I've been told the last three times when I refill my phone that I've built up a free month (I'm assuming a month) I say yes when asked if I want to use it, it says okay but by the end of the call I'm charged the normal rate. I've tried both numbers I've found and neither one allows you to talk to a human being!
I pay good money every month and know a lot of people who pay less than I do (and they keep trying to get me to switch) but I'm trying to stay loyal but I can't talk to anyone to figure it out and I believe it has a usable date! So pretty frustrating to keep hearing it's using it and then doesn't!
