They don't tell you that after 5GB data... the data doesn't slow down like other plans (Net 10 and Straight Talk).

It shuts right off! That's it.. nothing. You're offline.

You're screwed... Unless you buy another $10 card, which will last only about another 5 days. I don't have wifi. This is my lifeline as a disabled person.

I'm very sorry I switched from Straight Talk. I want my money back.

I concur. I also have total wireless.

they just cut off the data and send me multiple messages telling me to buy another $10.00 worth of data. Their customer service is quite horrible as well.

As soon as I find the extra money to purchase another phone, I will be switching. I will not encourage anyone to get their service.
