Horrible horrible horrible
Spent 4.5 hours in Walmart with a representative trying to get the family plan set up for 4 lines 2 bring ur own phones and 2 new phones left with 1 new phone working they said wait 24 hours and the second new phone would be working ha called back next day same thing there was a mistake the numbers on the phones got mixed up they fixed it give it another 24 hours ha waited called back we'll it was Sunday so they gave us a priority hookup and said wait 24 hours well my numbers been off for over 72 hours and I'm 32 weeks pregnant i need a freaking phone I'm done worst customer service ever and the representative told me 2 phones would be compatible with the bring ur own phone only to find out they weren't and the kits I bought for them r none refundable what a waste of 350 dollars to get us set up 72 hours and only one lines working do not go with total wireless and if they tell u they'll fix it it 24 hours good luck with that havent even had any service but the worst company I've ever worked with

TERRIBLE
I gave up on Total Wireless. In my mind they are TOTALLY USELESS!
They never helped me get into their website even though I signed up with them over the phone which they were happy to do. I'm very sad they could not resolve my issue.
I'm finished with them and would never recommend them! I'm back with my previous service and happy with them again.
Charged my account but I don't use this service
I noticed a charge for Total wireless service on my visa card. Since I don't use a pay as you go service I called to stop the transaction and they told me the only way I could get a "refund" was to give them the phone number - how can I give them a phone number if I don't have a phone with them!
I explained this to them and they said since I had it on auto renew I would have to either give them the phone number or the serial number from the phone to stop the auto pay. Ok so again I do not have a Total Wireless phone!!!
I had to cancel my credit card and have my bank stop the payment. If they can tell me I'm on autopay and charge my card you think they could figure out a way to look up the transaction.

okay, first of all i bought a bring your own activation kit online TOTAL WIRELESS so what happened is i actually went online to activate the sim card but it says you have to purchase a one month plan for activation..... and now i already purchased it for $25.00 and then i did all the steps put all the EMEI from my phone and it said that just turn off the device and turn it back on again but nothing happened....
no service on my phone at all. please help me regarding with this i already purchased the $25 plan but still i dont get a service..
please i dont have money and i guess i just wasted just to buy it and i cant even use it. tghanak you
Preferred solution: give my number from the simcard i bought and let me use the plan that i purchased

Disappointed in Data
Alex from Total Wireless sent a link for me to contact the company. I did and was able to use the data on the same route a few weeks ago.
However, the data that was purchased through auto refill on April 16 has not been given to me!!! I have talked with several people, chatted with several people, texted 611611 and still now answer. The number is 0 data or keeps changing. I was told that the system had not updated.
In six days, it should refill again. This has been a nightmare! I just want the data that I paid for. I want someone to tell me why I don't have it.
Is this going to be a monthly problem??? Customer service is very poor to say the leastl

Terribly slow “LTE” speeds, not what is advertised
Invalid SIM card
Bought my son and daughter the same phones for Christmas. No problems with the daughter's phone.
The phones are 2 months old I've already had to replace the SIM card once in my son's about a month ago. Today he comes home from school and again it's saying invalid SIM card so I go to call them and they tell me that they cannot send a new card. So I ask to speak to a supervisor and get hung up on. Call back finally got a supervisor she wanted me to do the same thing that I had already done and finally agreed to send a new SIM card.
So now my son has no service again for about another 5 days until a new SIM card comes in.
No compensation for the time we have lost because of this. Their customer service sucks and it would be nice if they get people that could actually speak English so you can actually understand them.

Total wireless 2days now trying to refill my pH still not on
Bought refil card and data storage yesterdaycalled in to refill never happened pH still off niw thay don't have my s/n registered for my time *** Someone must of hacked this *** and now thay tell me that refillcard is already used by someone else ***
I want my $$$$
