Spent 4.5 hours in Walmart with a representative trying to get the family plan set up for 4 lines 2 bring ur own phones and 2 new phones left with 1 new phone working they said wait 24 hours and the second new phone would be working ha called back next day same thing there was a mistake the numbers on the phones got mixed up they fixed it give it another 24 hours ha waited called back we'll it was Sunday so they gave us a priority hookup and said wait 24 hours well my numbers been off for over 72 hours and I'm 32 weeks pregnant i need a freaking phone I'm done worst customer service ever and the representative told me 2 phones would be compatible with the bring ur own phone only to find out they weren't and the kits I bought for them r none refundable what a waste of 350 dollars to get us set up 72 hours and only one lines working do not go with total wireless and if they tell u they'll fix it it 24 hours good luck with that havent even had any service but the worst company I've ever worked with

Ive been trying to get my service to work forever now, and it just doesnt work, it worked for like ten minutes and i have been using this service provider for 2 months.

I glad I left them I had total wireless for almost two years because of iPhone I left them and went too boost mobile with total wireless my calls dropped so bad people hated calling me they should Change their name too total {{Redacted}}

Totally agree! Bought a total wireless phone at Best Buy for $53.55 in January 2018.

Couldn't get it to work after a couple of weeks and, on advice of a CS person (after hours and hours with technicians who couldn't help the problem), was told to send it back to warehouse for a replacement.Hah!

they sent me a reconditioned phone good for 90 days warranty and refuse to reimburse me for the original new phone that I sent them, or the fed ex charges to send to them.Am sending all info to our Attorney General's office. Terrible customer service, terribly frustrating company to deal with.

I gave up on Total Wireless. In my mind they are TOTALLY USELESS!

They never helped me get into their website even though I signed up with them over the phone which they were happy to do. I'm very sad they could not resolve my issue.

I'm finished with them and would never recommend them! I'm back with my previous service and happy with them again.

I have never been able to sign into my account -NEVER - I have spent hours, got peoples name and ID and nothing will work -it's useless. They keep pushing me - so they say - up the ladder - still no dice they say they are working on it? it's amazing to me that they can operate. there is no way for me to log into their website period what can be so had for them to help me just login? again they say they are working on it -tell me to call back with a reference number they make up -call back in 24 to 48 hours -I did after 72 hours - and still they have no answers -

Charged my account but I don't use this service

I noticed a charge for Total wireless service on my visa card. Since I don't use a pay as you go service I called to stop the transaction and they told me the only way I could get a "refund" was to give them the phone number - how can I give them a phone number if I don't have a phone with them!

I explained this to them and they said since I had it on auto renew I would have to either give them the phone number or the serial number from the phone to stop the auto pay. Ok so again I do not have a Total Wireless phone!!!

I had to cancel my credit card and have my bank stop the payment. If they can tell me I'm on autopay and charge my card you think they could figure out a way to look up the transaction.

Must be nice to take 42.30 from people who don't even have your service total wireless thefts I also had this problem with them charging me with a service I never now it's reported with the fraud department of my bank for investigation had to cancel my bank card and get a new one so thank total wireless

Nasty customer service department

Staff had problems understanding the problem. Turned it over to supervisor, supervisor didn't know. Told me she wold be the LAST person I would speak to this night and hang up. Next day supervisor recognized me turned on shrill sound she disappeared. Looking for new company. I pay for my service not scorn

No SIM

I have been having problems constantly but really bad since this last phone i ordered 30 days ago! 3 weeks into service all the sudden phone says no SIM card! Then it takes another 5 days for them to get me a New one because they say this one "expired"? I just got it, how did my SIM card expire? Then go to set up the new SIM card and they want me to pay for more service first? Wait you owe me 6 days of service i got screwed out of with this new phone with expired SIM card? And my service dont expire till midnight anyway. So after an hour on the phone the 2nd time he gets the phone working we hang up and 30 minutes later its once again says "no SIM card"! What do i need to do to have a working phone on a regular basis?

4g doesnt work andi dont have phone number yet and no service on my phone

okay, first of all i bought a bring your own activation kit online TOTAL WIRELESS so what happened is i actually went online to activate the sim card but it says you have to purchase a one month plan for activation..... and now i already purchased it for $25.00 and then i did all the steps put all the EMEI from my phone and it said that just turn off the device and turn it back on again but nothing happened....

no service on my phone at all. please help me regarding with this i already purchased the $25 plan but still i dont get a service..

please i dont have money and i guess i just wasted just to buy it and i cant even use it. tghanak you

Disappointed in Data

Alex from Total Wireless sent a link for me to contact the company. I did and was able to use the data on the same route a few weeks ago.

However, the data that was purchased through auto refill on April 16 has not been given to me!!! I have talked with several people, chatted with several people, texted 611611 and still now answer. The number is 0 data or keeps changing. I was told that the system had not updated.

In six days, it should refill again. This has been a nightmare! I just want the data that I paid for. I want someone to tell me why I don't have it.

Is this going to be a monthly problem??? Customer service is very poor to say the leastl

I have been a Total Wireless customer for a month. After traveling the last few days, I was very disappointed to learn that I could not access data outside my current zip code. I must connect to wi-fi when outside the zip code area. I missed this point on the website or it must have been in the fine print. This is not acceptable for my needs, although the other plan features work well. I could make calls and send and receive text messages from anywhere along the way, but could not check the weather or email or anything that required data. The phone just said "no internet connection". I called customer service, but was told what I already had learned. I could use wi-fi where available for data access.

Terribly slow “LTE” speeds, not what is advertised

I had the service 3 days and never got over 2 mbps download speeds. Verizon had 40mbps. I could deal with it if it was 5 or so, but most times it was like dial up internet speeds. The worst part is they don’t offer partial refunds or any kind of money back guarantee. I understand why though, they would constantly be issuing refunds due to poor service.

Invalid SIM card

Bought my son and daughter the same phones for Christmas. No problems with the daughter's phone.

The phones are 2 months old I've already had to replace the SIM card once in my son's about a month ago. Today he comes home from school and again it's saying invalid SIM card so I go to call them and they tell me that they cannot send a new card. So I ask to speak to a supervisor and get hung up on. Call back finally got a supervisor she wanted me to do the same thing that I had already done and finally agreed to send a new SIM card.

So now my son has no service again for about another 5 days until a new SIM card comes in.

No compensation for the time we have lost because of this. Their customer service sucks and it would be nice if they get people that could actually speak English so you can actually understand them.

I had the same thing happen to me. Sim Card invalid when trying to activate.

The customer service chat person said that my phone was invalid as I had GSM only phone.

I said that I had CDMA and GSM in my Motorola G7 Power. Worst chat session I have had in a long time.

Same happened with my husband and I. We haven't had our phones for a week and had Invalid SIM card on phones!!!!

He used his phone 2 days and I used mine 6 days. This makes absolutely no sense.

Customer service FAIL

Called to switch to shared plan. Spent an hour on the phone doing so. Switchover didn't happen on specified date. No record of it. I set up auto-refill. That didn't process. When I called to correct, first rep was freakishly rude and left me sitting for 10 minutes with no communication. Then she hung up on me. By the time I called back again I'd discovered that I was enrolled in two separate accounts. When I called to straighten THAT mess out, the correct plan date was deleted and the incorrect one kept, losing me two days of service. When I tried to get auto-refill set up, she hung up on me. When I tried to resolve BOTH messes, I was put on hold endlessly again. Rather than have the third inept rep further screw up my account, I said just go with the earlier refill date and credit me $4 for the lost days. After waiting another eternity for her to figure out when I made my payment and what my original date of service should have been--which I could easily prove on my account page--my lunch break was up and I had to end the call. I did the auto-refill myself.

Total wireless 2days now trying to refill my pH still not on

Bought refil card and data storage yesterdaycalled in to refill never happened pH still off niw thay don't have my s/n registered for my time *** Someone must of hacked this *** and now thay tell me that refillcard is already used by someone else ***
