Took two phone hours over two days to get a ten dollar issue resolved. (I was proven right.) Prolly could have resolved it in two minutes with my former company, but for ONE HALF of the $120/month price tag, I will tolerate it.

1st told Activation a couple of hours Next 12 to 24 hrs Now after waiting 1hr 30 minutes and counting told couple hours to 2 business days This is the worst customer service ever and i haven't been able to use even the phones yet

This is the absolute worst!!! I can write a book ! Sim card kept going out once a month..they said it was my phone, instead of pulling one off the shelf they wanted my phone, I had to send it to them & it took almost 4 weeks to get another one. On top of this they keep cutting my daughter's data off when the billing cycle starts, which doesn't make any sense because I've got auto pay that comes out of my checking. Data scam. They SAY you get 3GB with the $10 addon. Freaking lying *** Walmart. You get half that. Ive bought 5 addon $10 cards so far. Scammed EVERY TIME by this globalist evil satanic run company

Anyone going to total wireless should think twice run fast and far. I had the privilege, or nightmare, of dealing with them for 2 1/2 months. I was fine until I tried to assign my business number to another phone that I purchased. Long and short of it they disconnected my number it got stuck in limbo. We tried to add my phone to my boyfriends to use the combined 60 minutes plan. We spoke to customer service in Oct who assured us it was done. At the end of Oct his phone was disconnected while all 60 minutes was added to my phone. It took at least 4 phone calls to get it straightened out and his phone reactivated. Two week old phone and waited two weeks for a replacement. Lied to everytime we called to check on it. INCOMPETENT is the best word to describe there customer service.
